Corporate Office
For every project, RSP defines design success in business terms, recognizing that good design doesn’t have to cost more, but it does have to do more. Our architects, interior designers, workplace strategists, and experience designers know that space is critical to innovation and engagement. We strategically partner with our clients to fully understand their business and tenants — before we design their common spaces or develop design standards.
Our corporate practice includes experienced teams that focus on headquarters, multi-story buildings, renovations, refreshes and re-stacking office spaces. We also have an award-winning portfolio of repositioning of multi-story buildings and tenant improvements.
Education
Designing the spaces and places in which learning, exploring and thinking take place is an honor. One that requires expansive thinking, teamwork and innovation. At RSP, our education practice has led to strategic partnerships with great institutions and international designers. Our experience includes classrooms, student centers, residential halls, science buildings, theaters, campus master plans and more.
We believe learning spaces should inspire curiosity, celebrate diversity and look to the future — unfolding the next generation of global leaders and gamechangers. While our work varies from campus to campus, a common thread is personal connectivity and collaboration: engaging students, supporting community, enabling technology and embracing sustainability.
Food + Beverage
Since our inception, RSP has applied creative thought and comprehensive project management to the unique architectural and interior design challenges of restaurants and food service. Whether grabbing a seat at a coastal oyster bar, kicking back on a sofa at a contemporary yet playful renovated motorcycle shop or craving an intimate lounge experience, we’ve done a bit of everything. RSP has in-house expertise in fixture design and selection, kitchen design and equipment specification, prototype development for national brands and theming design and branding for one-of-a-kind concepts.
Gaming
Gaming design is evolving, but still has a singular goal: to encourage guests to stay, play and return again soon. RSP understands the nuances of the gaming industry and has experience creating entertaining spaces. RSP staff have completed gaming floors totaling over 15,000 slot and 500 table game positions. One of our oldest casino clients, Treasure Island Resort & Casino, was recently recognized as a top contender for North America’s Sexiest Casinos.
Government
RSP brings decades of experience designing vertical and horizontal facilities for the Federal Government. We have built a reputation for utilizing cost-effective, innovative design techniques that are responsive to client and end-user requirements. Our projects span multiple functions and facility types, including administration, personnel training, dining, conference, vehicle and aircraft maintenance shops, aircraft and ship simulation buildings, barracks and housing, hangars, laboratories, communications facilities, secure storage and warehouses, security, and mission critical buildings.
Our team provides design services for single stand-alone projects, AE IDIQ, MATOC, and MACC contracts. We develop planning documentation and DD-1391s, preparation of design-build RFPs, along with conventional design-bid-build documents and construction administration services.
Healthcare + Life Sciences
RSP offers expansive insight into the healthcare industry, with experience in projects of every imaginable size and type – from hospitals and clinics to master plans and specialty medicine.
