It’s a family affair.
It’s not just another fast food joint. Wahlburgers dishes up hearty Boston-style burgers, sauces made from scratch and “adult frappes” served from a full-sized bar. All served in a warm, comfortable space that invites you to stay awhile, like you’re family. Which is kind of the point: the Wahlburgers story is rooted in family tradition. An ambitious chef, his two famous brothers (yes, those Wahlbergs) and their hospitality-trained mother combined their skills to create a burger brand with heart. And, with nearly 30 locations in the US and Canada, the chain is quickly gaining momentum.
Hy-Vee, also an RSP client, partnered with Wahlburgers to bring their New England cuisine to the Midwest. They chose the Mall of America for their first location and our team to deliver. The quick service restaurant prototype includes a full bar, dining seating, kitchen, storage and bathrooms. Beyond the mall opening in 2018, we have completed multiple restaurants, including the first ground-up location at The Village at Arbor Lakes in Maple Grove, MN (pictured above).
