A $6,800,000 fast-track Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) project to co-locate the Top Gun and CAEWWS training facilities to Fallon Naval Air Station.
The 47,000 SF building includes administration and office spaces, classrooms with auditorium, projection rooms, instructor spaces, Secure Compartmentalized Information Facility (SCIF), and related locker rooms and support facilities.
The scope of work included a Concept Study including programming and cost estimating, draft of Form DD 1391, completed Final Designs, Construction Support Services, and a comprehensive Interior Design Package.
This project received four separate NAVFAC Design Awards for excellence in design and planning.
