Stephanie Statz
Stephanie is always asking questions, researching, and learning. About humans, healthcare, and horses. It’s why she loves what she does. Seeking the answers and insights to questions about a client or organization helps her understand the business drivers, the desired experience for both employees and patients, and is the first step in translating a project vision into a reality. This natural curiosity has fueled her career as an interior designer for health environments of all types. Neighborhood clinics to state-of-the-art surgery centers. For infants and athletes to adults with cancer, Stephanie guides her clients to design solutions which support their processes while celebrating their vision.
As an experienced interior designer, Stephanie has impacted more than just healthcare environments. Her portfolio also includes corporate, retail, hospitality, spiritual and cultural space. A believer that collaboration, respect and a sense of humor are the keys to success in work and life, Stephanie credits her half Arabian gelding Andy with honing her equestrian and communication skills. She’s learned the value of trust in a powerful way on the back of her 1100 pound teammate.
Stephanie is acting President of the Association of Medical Facilities Professions (AMFP) Upper Midwest Chapter and a member of the Neighborhood HealthSource.
