Alissa Franconi

Alissa is a passionate, award-winning interior designer with a natural affinity for the perfect mix of details. From a young age, she knew her calling and never wavered. Today, Alissa leads the interiors studio in RSP’s Phoenix office.

All of Alissa’s work is built on strong client relationships. She believes in the importance of being a trusted partner, and as a result, her projects have not only won numerous awards but have also fostered meaningful friendships. Alissa’s expertise spans individual offices and multi-year, multi-project corporate campuses, showcasing the flexibility and versatility of her talent. Some of her more recent notable projects include the True Food Kitchen headquarters in Scottsdale and JLL’s  LEED and WELL-certified Phoenix office.

In 2021, Alissa was named the first woman Principal in RSP’s Phoenix office, a testament to her exceptional leadership and contributions to the company and the industry at large. She is sought out for her expertise and insights into workplace strategy and design trends, serving as one of RSP’s firmwide experts from Minneapolis to Phoenix to Miami. She is actively involved in a number of internal initiatives and co-directs the firm’s Women’s Mentorship Program, nurturing the next generation of talent. Over the last decade, Alissa has played active leadership roles in the local chapters of NAIOP and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). Serving on design juries, speaking at local events, and writing a variety of articles, she has emerged as a true industry influencer.
