Jake Weyrauch
Jake is one of RSP’s leading visual technology experts, bringing design to life often before a project ever breaks ground. His love and dedication for visual story-telling comes through in his personal motto, “a picture is worth a thousand words.” He prides himself in his ability to successfully communicate a client’s vision and goals, with keen focus on the end-user experience through rendering, animation and virtual reality.
Jake joined RSP in 2016 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee with a master’s degree in Architecture. His career has been focused on projects for hospitality, retail and restaurant clients, including Treasure Island Resort and Casino, Fleet Farm and Wahlburgers. With experience spanning from master planning to prototype design, Jake is involved from concept through completion. His favorite part? Interacting with clients and steering them through their virtual space. Jake believes that,
“A good designer is like a tour guide. A client might have a general idea of what they want but it is our job to illustrate and create a space that celebrates brand, culture and life through vast gestures and distinct details.”
Born and raised in Stillwater MN, it’s no surprise that when he isn’t working, Jake is an avid hockey enthusiast and loyal Minnesota Wild fan.
