Fresh, vibrant, and rooted in wellness, the new 18,520-SF headquarters for True Food Kitchen captures everything that makes the brand stand out. Designed to embody their core values and bring their mission to life, the space blends thoughtful design, hospitality flair, and a deep commitment to employee wellbeing.
Located on the top floor of the WELL v2 Core certified Axis Raintree building (also designed by RSP), the office is filled with natural light and offers sweeping views of the McDowell Mountains. RSP’s design team prioritized openness and flexibility, creating a mix of collaborative spaces, private offices, and workstations to support a variety of workstyles.
The reception area is a nod to the restaurant’s bar concept and features a curated gallery wall with sketches, herbs, and images that celebrate the brand’s story. At the center of the office, a full-service test kitchen anchors the work café and supports ongoing culinary development. Operable glass walls allow the kitchen to open for events or close for focused use. A custom shelving wall conceals a hidden speakeasy-style lounge, planned for a future project phase.
RSP’s material palette draws inspiration from whole ingredients, incorporating warm woods, textured tile, and natural tones to create a comfortable, tactile environment. The result is a workplace that supports creativity, connection, and the everyday rhythms of a growing restaurant brand.
