Offerpad Headquarters
A workplace created for what’s next
The new Offerpad Headquarters reflects a pivotal moment in the company’s trajectory. RSP partnered with leadership to define what makes Offerpad distinctive and how that identity should evolve within a refined workplace. Deep programming and visioning established how employees work, collaborate, and engage with the brand. The resulting design honors start-up culture while elevating the environment to support long-term business objectives. Residential cues take shape in meeting rooms named after familiar spaces in a home. A wall of front doors lines the main conference room and the elevator lobby features framed artwork of the first home sold on the company’s website, reinforcing Offerpad’s mission through immersive storytelling.
The headquarters occupies the top floor of The Beam on Farmer, Arizona’s first office building constructed with cross laminated timber, also designed by RSP. That intimate knowledge of the building allowed the team to seamlessly integrate Offerpad’s programmatic needs, including meaningful artifacts such as Homer the orange moose, a 13-foot memorial tree that required structural coordination, and a sneaker display that celebrates team culture. Custom millwork crafted from thrifted bedside tables and a bespoke toile-inspired pattern that reveals domestic vignettes on technology screens create moments of discovery throughout the space.
In addition to interiors, RSP led experiential design and final styling, ensuring a cohesive workplace that speaks to Offerpad’s past and future and provides a foundation for continued growth.
