This Fortune 500 client has thousands of employees located across several buildings in Downtown Minneapolis. Recognizing the power of an Agile workplace to engage employees and spark innovation, RSP led an intentional, value-driven workplace refresh effort. The team introduced strategies to emphasize flexibility, collaboration and wellbeing, creating a kit-of-parts approach that can easily and cost effectively be adapted to the client’s real estate portfolio across the country.
High cubes were replaced with mobile workstations to encourage teaming and support flexibility. Updated technology was installed throughout the floor to allow work anywhere. Additionally, the team integrated the brand into the design to better connect employees to the company culture. As the first Agile workplace within the portfolio, the design has provided a variety of work styles. It has also increased collaboration, as well as maximized efficiency across the floors.
