Victoria Gerads

Victoria Gerads has the amazing ability to make people feel heard. She is an attentive listener who loves getting to know people and their stories. This skill is vital to her job as a senior interior designer at RSP. Using aspects of both space planning and workplace design, she creates unique workspaces that are tailored for each of her clients. With each project, her goal is to design a workplace that is both transforming and inspiring for the client. Through informed design—a conversational process where she discovers the client’s needs, goals and aspirations—she guides them through each step of making their workplace efficient and reflective of their unique personality as a company. Her warm demeanor and decades of experience make her an excellent mentor to new designers on her team. Outside of work, she can be found kayaking, camping and enjoying the Minnesota trails with her dog and two children.
