Michael Carter has spent his entire career perfecting the art of client service. Creating strategic partnerships with every individual in an organization is an invaluable way for him to gain true understanding of the client need. Which always leads to better outcomes. For both the client and the firm. A sense of purpose, duty, and mission was instilled in Michael at a young age. He joined the military right out of architecture school and resonated with the experience. He credits it with helping him understanding his strengths. This led him to pursuing an engineering degree and dedicating his career to business development. As a result, Michael has created an impressive network of military and federal clients and contacts. He works hard to ensure the right individuals connect and the ideal team is put in place for each effort.

In his free time, he can be found practicing his golf swing or adding travel destinations to his bucket list. But for now, he is happy to continue focusing on partnerships that address his main goal: putting the client first.
