This LEED-certified, Platinum project features a highly energy-efficient exterior enclosure, energy-saving mechanical, lighting systems, solar hot water systems and large PV array. We adapted a standard design to create this highly sustainable 138,000SF facility. In so doing, our team received an outstanding performance award from the military. We provided full architectural design, design team management, master planning, construction document development, shop drawing, on-site reviews and LEED certification process management.
