RSP Miami Welcomes Four New Architects
The move supports RSP’s strategic growth in Miami and builds on the strengths and accomplishments of the existing team with established experts in multi-family and hospitality.
RSP is growing their presence in Miami with several strategic hires. In addition to welcoming new Principal Andrew Burnett AIA, LEED AP BD+C, NCARB in November, the team is building on their existing presence with four new hires:
Christina Villa AIA
Associate Principal
Christina combines a passion for the story behind each project with a global perspective that fuels unique and inspiring design solutions. She incorporates fluency in planning and construction to create buildings and developments that have a positive impact on people, neighborhoods and communities.
Hande Obuz AIA, LEED AP BD+C
Sr. Associate, Sr. Project Design Architect
With more than two decades of experience, Hande doesn’t just design spaces—she crafts immersive, compelling hospitality, multi-family and mixed-use experiences.
Ruben Ramos AIA
Associate, Sr. Project Architect
Ruben is a seasoned, solutions-oriented project architect. His technical mind, digital proficiency and creativity drive his work, spanning multiple sectors—from multi-family, hospitality and mixed-use to higher education and science & technology.
Jorge Cuartas Martinez
Associate, Sr. Project Designer
Jorge is a natural collaborator and ego-less contributor to our design team. His welcoming personality and keen eye make him a major asset to RSP’s growing presence in Miami.
“When I joined Miami’s strong, creative team last year, I looked forward to supporting the strengths we already had with exceptional new talent. Our growing team is committed to a collaborative, client-centric studio approach that allows us to work on projects that enhance our community and the profile of our city,” said Burnett.
“Christina, Hande, Ruben and Jorge will help consolidate this world-class team with particular expertise in multi-family and hospitality design,” he continued.
RSP’s Miami office, nestled in the ever-evolving Coconut Grove neighborhood, opened in 2019 with a proven retail, hospitality and mixed-use team led by Larry Beame, whose Miami practice dates back to 1992. The office’s collective portfolio covers some of the region’s highest profile projects, including CocoWalk, Grove Central and the highly anticipated Miami Association of Realtors.
