100 Central Sarasota

RSP designed 100 Central’s 190 luxury condominium units to sit above street retail and serve as a catalyst for renewed urban mixed-use development in downtown Sarasota. The ground level is an active shopping street with a variety of inviting shops, cafés and a Whole Foods. A diverse mix of 93 condo units, the property features in-house amenities including underground parking, media center, community room, 55-foot heated swimming pool, grills for barbecuing and rooftop garden.

The public spaces are located on the first two floors connecting with the exterior through the glass facade, with private spaces above. At key moments, the public and private realms overlap, creating an energetic atmosphere for visitors and residents alike. In line with RSP’s long-term push for sustainability, the ground-floor Whole Foods was the first LEED Silver building in the entire state of Florida.
