RSP’s Jennie Arnett and Liana Jameson Elected to IIDA Northland Board
Two members of RSP’s interior design team have been elected to the IIDA Northland Board. Jennie Arnett MBA, NCIDQ, LEED AP will serve as the Associate Vice President of Professional Development. Liana Jameson CID, IIDA, LEED GA will take on the role of Associate Vice President of Advocacy. Both designers will then serve as Vice President in their respective roles next year.

At RSP, Jennie serves as a project manager in our Minneapolis Headquarters, managing multiple, ongoing projects for national healthcare and financial organizations. Jennie is passionate about professional development and has served on the IIDA committee as a volunteer for four years. She has also written and presented several CEUs to the design community and led both internal and external discussions about professional development.
Liana is the lead interior designer on RSP’s corporate workplace accounts, creating spaces for thousands of employees across the country. She brings her design expertise to complex workplace strategy issues every day, including her work on personalizing and optimizing hybrid work environments. Some of Liana’s most recent work includes a multi-phase building remodel and a Workplace of the Future initiative for a national corporate client.
RSP is a leader in corporate interiors, bringing clients a future-focused expertise in Activity-Based Work, hybrid work models, data and research. From Minneapolis to Phoenix to Miami, RSP’s workplace team designs spaces for companies known for their commitment to employee happiness and engagement, including Jack Link’s, Carvana, and Mortenson. The Corporate team also designed The Beam on Farmer, the first Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) project in Arizona.
