Repositioned for success – San Patricio (Video)

Situated in the heart of its district in Puerto Rico, San Patricio Plaza needed a breath of fresh air to rejuvenate its aging commercial plaza. Empresas Caparra, the owner, hired us to rebrand and reposition the 640,000SF retail center, transforming it from a former Kmart surrounded by second-tier retailers, into a premiere, high-end entertainment destination. The new outdoor lifestyle village concept takes advantage of a highly visible location to inject vitality back into the development.
