RSP designed two new residential buildings that elevate the standard for multifamily living in the Viking Lakes development. Scandinavian aesthetics are built for modern lifestyles at this project, adding 222 meticulous units to a growing live-work-play destination. A warm, refined palette defines the architecture, while interiors feature a unique combination of grey and purple hues and two distinct finish schemes to suit a range of resident preferences.
Inside, RSP emphasized livability and identity. Expansive club rooms, co-working spaces, and wellness amenities foster community connection, while design elements like chevron-patterned tile, hot-rolled steel fireplace surrounds, and subtle Viking-themed emblems offer a sense of place. A two-story, slow-flowing water feature outside the amenity spaces adds an unexpected layer of tranquility to the shared experience.
With larger-than-market floor plans and high-end, resilient finishes, the new residences offer both comfort and distinction. RSP’s cohesive design ties seamlessly into the larger development, helping to shape Viking Lakes as a destination where architecture supports vibrant, connected living.
