Reshaping a skyline
The 31-story, 1,000-room convention center hotel was the 4th largest construction project in the area. Completed through a partnership with Arquitectonica, it is the tallest hotel in Arizona. The design has one tower flanked by podiums on both sides. A large porte-cochère creates a pedestrian focus on the ground floor, supporting a hub of activity within this urban development.
