Just off the coast of the Condado Lagoon, with views that stretch out to the ocean, Paseo Caribe is a testament to overcoming cultural, political and technical challenges to create something great. This project, in fact, took over fifteen years to develop, en route to completing a memorable plan on this high profile site.
With incredible water and park views in every direction, and protected historical ruins on the property itself, the project includes everything from a large public plaza to three condominium buildings, from retail and entertainment spaces to six hundred hotel bays—each with its own identity and individual entrance. Said simply, the long wait was worth it.
This project was completed by Beame Architectural Partnership prior to joining RSP.
