Mortenson Construction is ranked by ENR Magazine as one of the largest general builders in the U.S. Their headquarters are currently located in two 1970s-era buildings sited along a scenic parkway in Minneapolis. A few years ago, RSP designed a new entry sequence, lobby and executive floor for the contractor. One that celebrated the profession and instilled a sense of pride among employees via custom exhibits and displays. Today RSP is once again working with Mortenson, master planning a new six-story headquarters building and four-story, 1,096-stall parking ramp.
