Miami Association of Realtors Global Headquarters

The new global headquarters for the Miami Association of Realtors is a landmark facility for the nation’s largest local Realtor association. When completed in 2024, the five-story facility will deliver state-of-the-art technology with the capacity, functionality and infrastructure to host major global conferences and events. RSP integrated a number of retail, hospitality and residential components into the design. Guests arrive directly at the center of the 140,000-SF headquarters in a welcoming two-story Club Lounge. The hospitality-driven design includes a concierge, a variety of seating, coffee bars, enclosed focus spaces and a monumental stair that provides not only a physical connection for both floors, but also an “Instagrammable” moment with a breathtaking backdrop and views of the city of Miami. On the member floor, individual user experience takes center stage. The team added digital screens throughout to scan QR codes for wayfinding, attendance, and online access to resources, adding that retail touch that is indispensable to the future of the workplace.

The building’s exterior is a striking blend of full-height glass, architectural concrete, metal wall paneling, and wood ceilings. The design incorporates three floors of structured parking that seamlessly integrate with the office and conferencing spaces for convenient access, complete with EV charging stations.

This project has achieved LEED Gold certification.
