Change was inevitable with this prototype pilot project. It changed how services were delivered to the County’s neediest, but also how they were experienced. To fully understand the situation, we led a deep-dive discovery process. Visioning sessions. Interviews. Focus groups. Ultimately moving the culture to one that is mobile, respectful, and calm.
