A Timeless Take on Senior Cooperative Living
Rooted in comfort, connection, and long-term value, Estoria Cooperative Lakeville reimagines senior living through a lens of timeless design and community-driven amenities. RSP partnered with Ebenezer to shape both the Estoria brand and its first location in Lakeville, creating a member-owned cooperative for residents aged 62 and older. The 89-unit building blends classic farmhouse elements with durable materials and refined finishes, from wood wainscoting and velvet drapery to calacatta marble and organic textures.
At the core of the design is a commitment to active, social living. A two-story lobby and atrium open to expansive outdoor spaces, while flexible amenities, including a multifunction library, Great Room, and community gardens, extend each home beyond its walls. Every design decision was made with long-term ownership in mind, combining beauty and practicality to support a vibrant lifestyle for today’s residents and future generations.
