These days, you’ll get a customized craft cocktail, rather than a customized bike, on the former site of this 1950’s motorcycle shop in North Phoenix. The Culinary Dropout is the latest edition to The Yard, a 53,000 SF adaptive-reuse restaurant/entertainment development. The Yard was designed to be an edgy community gathering place that appeals to a broad group of urbanites.
Culinary Dropout, a new Sam Fox prototype, is a 4,000 SF gastropub with a 3,100 SF outdoor patio. Today, instead of motors revving, you’ll hear music playing. Instead of horsepower, it’s horseshoes.
