This isn’t your typical trucking and logistics company. And their workplace reflects it. Bay & Bay leadership wanted their new workplace to support the company mission, inspire employees to collaborate and attract top talent to their growing business. A key element of the design was to create team zones or pods in which team members can easily see each other and communicate without leaving their seat. Or stepping away from their desk since everyone has sit-to-stand desks in an effort to encourage health and wellness. Treadmill desks are also available as is a fitness center. Huddle rooms with a foosball table are used just as often by senior leadership as drivers. A bright, open cafeteria has quickly become a central gathering space. From employees to clients, everyone is wowed by this workplace.
