Not your average designer.
You don’t get a nickname like Neal “The Real Deal” by being average. That’s the kind of name you earn through hard work, talent and exceptional design. Neal excels in corporate renovation and repositioning projects, where his favorite part of the process is brainstorming with developers, brokers and designers to find the best way to reposition the property. He approaches every project with passion and a sketchbook filled with ideas, thoughts and lists. His recent renovation roster is quite impressive, including projects such as the 15 Building, West End Office Center, 701 Carlson Towers and the Baker Center.
It’s only suiting that his knack for renovation projects merges into his personal life, where Neal enjoys taking on multiple house projects of his own. His escape from round-the-clock design work? A Friday night cooking dinner with his wife, a weekend of skiing out west and blasting speakers with EDM music. Now that’s what we call the real deal.
