Neal appreciates the complexities of design and thoughtfully considers how a brand can be brought to life through the built environment. He helps clients visualize design ideas on both the macro and micro levels. His deep understanding of trends, materials and processes allow him to bring big ideas to life. His major project experience includes the dramatic repositioning of LaSalle Plaza, 701 Carlson, The Forum, West End Office Center, Baker Center and several urban and suburban office renovations.

Neal explores the balance between client goals, the context of location, and the myriad design solutions available. He believes all good designers are also good problem solvers and relishes the iterative architectural design process.
