With nearly four decades of design experience across sectors ranging from life sciences to corporate offices to sports facilities, Michael offers in-depth knowledge of the building systems and processes that drive excellence in project delivery.

His focus includes project development, team alignment, quality assurance, and construction administration, supporting our internal delivery processes as well as client goals. His work on establishing consistent, enterprise-wide quality standards provides cross-sector tools and resources that elevate every project for every client. Based in Phoenix, Michael has been instrumental in shaping RSP’s best practices while mentoring the next generation of leaders.
