Whether it’s a golf course or open land awaiting development, Jeff is drawn to wide open spaces. The bigger the better. He excels at master planning large scale developments, most often for inventive lifestyle centers that include retail, wellness, entertainment and hospitality.

For 20+ years Jeff has focused on mixed use projects with a special emphasis on wellness facilities and fitness centers. His experience leading the architectural and interior design team for Life Time taught him how to efficiently plan space as well as consider the guest experience. With nearly 100 fitness centers on his resume, Jeff continues to be a valued strategic partner for Life Time, currently working with their in-house team on several premier projects.

It’s his understanding of the client combined with a business sense for development that makes Jeff special. His outgoing, fun personality makes him a client and RSP employee favorite.
