Dustin Bennis
For nearly 25 years, Dustin has been the technical backbone of some of RSP’s most complex and innovative projects. His experience spans advanced research and laboratory facilities, including work for the University of Minnesota and Boston Scientific. He played a key role in the design of the University of Minnesota’s Center for Magnetic Resonance Research Expansion and later led the team that developed its first Optical Imaging spaces.
Known for his precision and curiosity, Dustin bridges design and construction through deep technical knowledge and thoughtful problem-solving. One of RSP’s first adopters of Revit, he has helped shape how the firm uses technology to deliver smarter, more coordinated projects.
Whether refining details for intricate building systems or mentoring teams through new tools and processes, Dustin approaches every challenge with calm focus and an engineer’s eye for clarity. His dedication ensures that even the most complex designs are built exactly as envisioned.
