Dawn Brown
Dawn is reimagining the workplace, one client at a time. She seamlessly blends the aesthetics of interior design with the structural insights of architecture, helping organizations identify their needs in a rapidly changing world. With a career that began in interiors, Dawn’s passion for holistic solutions led her to earn a master’s degree in architecture. This dual qualification allows her to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of both disciplines, ensuring every aspect of a building’s design is cohesive and functional.
Dawn’s client-centric philosophy is at the heart of her work. She believes that truly understanding a client’s needs requires more than just meetings and emails—it demands immersive, firsthand experience. This is why Dawn often works directly within her clients’ offices, observing how spaces are used and identifying opportunities for improvement. This approach not only fosters stronger relationships but also allows her to provide tailored solutions that are both practical and innovative. Whether she is managing her own team or collaborating with clients, Dawn leads by listening. She believes in the power of purpose and the importance of building trust through vulnerability. This inclusive approach ensures that every team member feels valued and heard, creating a collaborative environment where great ideas can flourish.
Outside of work, Dawn is an active member of the design community. She has served as a program speaker for the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and International Facility Managers Association (IFMA) and held a board position with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Arizona for multiple years. She is dedicated to creating opportunities for design professionals of all ages, backgrounds, and disciplines, helping them to have a greater impact on their communities. An art enthusiast, she curates and rotates a gallery of her favorite thrifted and upgraded pieces in her office, combining her love for art with her passion for sustainable practices.
