Dani McPeters
Dani has always been drawn to the creative potential of interior design. As a designer in RSP’s Phoenix office, she channels that passion into projects that consider every step of the user journey. She collaborates with clients throughout the design process and excels at combining strong conceptual thinking with a deep understanding of detail, material selection, and the overall look and feel of a space.
Dani is an active force in shaping the creative culture of RSP’s Phoenix studio. She co-created Design+, a monthly internal program that encourages experimentation, guest lectures, and creative exploration. She participates in the firmwide Women’s Mentorship program and frequently shares knowledge through Lessons Learned presentations, studio collaborations, and industry outreach. She also supports emerging designers through studio reviews at Arizona State University & Phoenix College.
Born and raised in Arizona, Dani began her career as a color consultant and discovered the impact of materiality and hue on the built environment. She later became a certified Change Management Specialist through the Management and Strategy Institute. Her award-winning project work includes The Beam on Farmer, Mortenson’s Arizona Headquarters, TruWest Credit Union, and The Flower Shop. Each project reflects her commitment to design excellence, client service, and a thoughtful focus on the user experience.
