The challenge for regional providers like CentraCare, is to translate their established, trusted, healthcare brand into a retail environment. That’s where RSP came in and Lifestyle Health by CentraCare Health was created. Set to open in September 2017, this new concept provides health and wellness amenities in a modern, retail setting. Ideally, attracting and retaining loyal CentraCare patients as retail consumers.

Approachable. Innovative. Experiential – key concepts that helped us set the stage. A distinct Experience Bar, much like that of Apple’s Genius Bar, welcomes patients in as customers. There, out of pocket services can be purchased, at competitive prices, leveraging health and wellness care for those in need of convenience and quality. Like the concept, the design is purposeful. Floor to ceiling windows and inviting sliding glass doors provide a modern, fresh ambiance. Once past the Experience Bar, adaptable rooms offer cross-functional “plug and play” tenant space, with coefficient rated walls that absorb sound and establish private consultation rooms.

On-site medical professionals are equipped to deliver a variety of proven healthcare disciplines – weight management education, diabetes care, sports medicine and physical therapy, massage, acupuncture and more. Situated adjacent to St. Cloud’s new YMCA, the space inspires health, wellness and exercise all in one convenient location.
