Located right in the heart of the financial district in New York City, this 50,000SF full floor renovation project was a pilot workspace program for a long-term corporate client. Designed for busy and often traveling executives, half the floor supports free address while half is designed for resident staff. A variety of workspaces are provided, including private offices, huddle rooms and touchdown areas. A concierge desk schedules workspaces for visiting executives and helps make everyone feel welcome.
