The Classic at Hillcrest Greens

The Classic of Hillcrest Green is aptly named. After all, this senior living community is on the grounds of the former Hillcrest Golf & Country Club and is part of a master-planned, intergenerational neighborhood development in Altoona, WI. Sometimes, what’s outside informs what’s inside. In this case, RSP’s design was inspired by 65 acres of public park and 6,000 feet of frontage on a Class II trout stream just outside its doors. A two-story lounge area provides a scenic view of the wooded area and bluff. There’s also a spa/salon, exercise/yoga studio, bistro, chapel and game room.
