As our Director of Sustainability, Linnea Brudenell inspires an RSP culture of innovative designers and problem-solvers who view client engagement and relationships as the core of our DNA. A licensed architect and nationally recognized leader in resilience and regenerative design, Linnea has devoted her career to helping organizations connect sustainability to the broader purposes of social equity, climate adaptation and tangible, data-driven solutions to drive business success.

Along with her firmwide responsibilities, Linnea serves as an expert resource to RSP project teams, acting as an internal advisor, and supporting those clients, pursuits, and projects that present increasingly sophisticated sustainability/resilience goals.
