Paula Nyquist

With nearly 20 years at RSP, Paula brings deep technical expertise and a unique perspective to the design and delivery process. Her background as a respected product representative for exterior building envelope materials gives her an in-depth understanding of product evaluation, system integration, and construction best practices. At RSP, she collaborates with design teams to provide technical support, research and evaluate materials, and provide support during construction and installation.

A Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) since 2010, Paula manages the firm’s master specifications and supports multiple RSP studios. As a Registered Roof Observer (RRO), Paula conducts on-site evaluations, documenting progress, verifying system installations, and ensuring compliance with contract documents. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to quality make her an invaluable resource throughout a project’s lifecycle.

An active leader in the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Paula has served in multiple leadership roles at the chapter and regional levels. Her dedication to advancing industry knowledge and best practices makes her a trusted expert in the field.
