A New Way of Working
As an industry leader in sustainable farming, food processing and farm equipment sales, R.D. Offutt turned to RSP to design a new office that would consolidate four locations into one in Downtown Fargo. The resulting design infuses the company’s brand and values throughout the space and provides a leading-edge workplace that is both functional and authentic.
Our team led workplace strategy efforts for the 85,000SF space, reviewing adjacency diagrams and office standards with the client, selecting furniture, designing the signature stair, as well as consultant coordination and construction administration. RSP’s team also explored alternate floor plans and workstation layouts, all with clear project goals, schedule and budget as top priorities. The result is a timeless design that supports positivity and wellbeing while engaging the 400+ employees with the company’s core values of sustainable, organic farming practices.
