Victor J. Irizarry

Victor is a born storyteller, shaping narratives that guide both the creative process and RSP’s culture. As one of the driving forces behind the Phoenix studio’s growth and local identity, Victor invests in people as much as projects, mentoring emerging designers while building trust with clients and collaborators. He fosters a true culture of design, elevating initial concepts and improving the overall quality of work. His leadership style is hands on, modeling a “we vs me” studio ethos and demonstrating how collaboration and teamwork lead to the best outcomes. He brings a narrative voice to design, a skill shaped in part by his success as a graphic novelist. That clarity translates into compelling visual communication that helps teams and clients understand the intent behind every concept.

Known for his creativity, Victor has worked on a number of award-winning projects that span market sectors. His diverse portfolio encompasses multi-family residential, corporate workplace, higher education, and hospitality, along with a broad mix of additional work that reflects his versatile design approach. In 2025, he was listed in AZ Big Media’s People and Projects to Know publication, in recognition of his outstanding work and leadership in the AEC community.
