In an area developing urban infrastructure to support its suburban roots, a cultural renaissance is happening. And with the construction of a beautiful new civic center underway, we imagined and designed the downtown center which leads to its doorstep. This is the Pines City Center, a new community space emerging in Pembroke Pines, FL.
With a mix of residential and commercial spaces tucked within lush landscaping, Pines City Center feels modern, walkable and welcoming—accented with a combination of wood and stone design elements that detail central sidewalks, paseos and small plazas where locals and visitors alike can linger.
