RSP Celebrates Three Wins at Arizona NAIOP Awards
The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP announced their 2018 winners recognizing the most successful companies, individuals and projects in Arizona. RSP celebrated three local commercial real estate awards, announced March 28, 2019.
Chandler Viridian: Mixed-Use Project of the Year
Chandler Viridian provides a unique urban experience. Overlaid with a rich landscape fabric, desert and desert adaptive trees line the walks to provide shade and comfort while an understory layer of arid succulents, accents, ground covers and shrubs provide lush visual texture. Amenities are strategically placed along these pedestrian corridors including benches, lighting, environmental graphics and shade devices. Patios, courtyards and living spaces activate the outdoors bringing people together to eat and socialize, creating nodes of activity. Chandler Viridian: Spec Office project of the Year
The development of Chandler Viridian emphasizes placemaking with a program that reflects history, culture, economics and environmental responsibility, as a new, improved destination. The 25-acre, mixed-use master-plan includes a six-story Class A office building, the tallest multi-tenant office building in Chandler. Liberty Center at Rio Salado Building IV: Sustainable Project of the Year
Liberty Center at Rio Salado Building IV is a three-story 210,000 RSF tilt-up concrete and steel office building located on the 75-acre Liberty Center at Rio Salado development. The landscape and architectural elements are inspired by the site’s history and location in what was once the riverbed of the Rio Salado. Prominently featuring rusted steel and gabion rock baskets with river-rock cobble salvage, the former brownfield site achieved LEED-Gold CS Certification.
