Helping malls stay relevant.
A change that expands the experience. That’s what Orland Square Mall needed. Built in 1976, it was time for a change. RSP, with its 30+ years of retail experience, created a design with staying power. That is, an enticement for shoppers to stay. The renovation updated every public area, concourse, bathroom and light fixture. Everything came together to create an attractive destination. The food court, in particular, with its smaller spaces, flexible furniture, and ambient lighting, has evolved into a destination of sorts. Instead of a sterile maze of standardized tables, chairs and vendors, the new space caters to specific demographics and shoppers.
