Connecting with clients.
Scott gets what it’s like to be a client. He’s sat in that seat. Hiring architecture firms for various projects within the 4.2M SF space he managed while at Boeing. He’s negotiated leases, transitioned facilities to 100% renewable energy and led change management programs. All experience that serves him and his clients well as part of our facilities consulting team, RSP i_SPACE. Scott exemplifies our philosophy to approach each client or situation as unique. He takes the time to truly listen, ask meaningful questions and consider which solution – be it software, process improvements, or something else altogether – is just right. Having been the client, he has a healthy respect for the complexity of facilities management. And now, Scott enjoys mixing that up with the creativity and forward-looking attitude a firm like RSP can provide. Oh, and he also likes mixing up a great batch of bagels too.
