Academic rigor.
Carrie Perrone is, in a way, a perpetual student. She’s constantly learning, seeking unique understanding of how her clients want to teach, share, collaborate and explore education. It’s her personal passion. To work with clients who are focused on delivering knowledge, enhancing communication, research, technology and social responsibility. As RSP’s Director of Higher Education, Carrie leads complex projects for clients like Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University by diving deep into their process and institutional goals, arriving at a shared vision for how the built environment can support the learner. She has led the development of engaged learning typologies and is a gifted speaker on the topic, including sharing her point-of-view at the T-Summit in Washington DC. Her work pushes the boundaries of the expected to support engaged, student-centered environments. From designing immersive learning environments for health sciences at Saint Xavier University, to most recently leading Northern Arizona University’s Recital Hall in supporting the aspiring musician, Carrie continually evolves and learns to inform her design for the changing priorities of academic institutions.
