| Privacy |
At RSP Architects, we value the trust you place in us when you interact with us or send a resume or other personal information. Because of our interest in protecting your privacy, we have adopted the following privacy principles. The following policy is designed to respect users' rights to privacy and to guide our relationships with job applicants and clients. Our Privacy Policy sets forth the online data collection and usage policies and practices for RSParch.com, Perspective.com, 360.com, and any other site we might construct in the future. By using one of our sites, you consent to the policies and practices described. |
| Cookies/IP Addresses |
The RSP's sites do not use cookies to remember a user's personal profile or to collect personally identifiable information. Generally, RSP does not collect and use users' Internet Protocol or "IP" address to identify a user. However, RSP may use IP address to identify a user if we feel it is necessary to protect our sites. |
| Third party disclosure |
RSP Architects does NOT disclose your personal information, combined personal and demographic information or information about your use of our site (such as the areas you visit or the services you access) to third parties. |
| Hiring process |
The exception to this disclosure may be the type of contact that routinely occurs as part of the process of hiring a candidate for a position with RSP and governed by employment laws (e.g. checking references after an interview that goes well). Unless otherwise stated, HR professionals at RSP Architects will assume your consent to contact any reference parties for whom you have supplied contact information, unless otherwise stated. |
| Regarding Links to Other Sites |
Our sites contain a number of links to other websites over which we have no control. This Privacy Policy applies solely to our sites; RSP Architects is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of those other sites to which you choose to link from RSPArch.com. When you leave RSP's site and access the web sites of third parties, the privacy policies of the parties maintaining those web sites apply. It's a good idea to review the privacy policies of any sites you visit so that you know how they collect, use and share your information. |
| Changes |
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and to whom we will disclose it. If at any time, you have questions or concerns about RSP Architects Privacy Statement, please feel free to contact us. |
