As the lead interior designer on projects like Friendship Village or Northern Arizona University’s International Pavilion, Rebecca has developed close relationships with the client and the users of the space. Spending time with those who use the space is rewarding, plus Rebecca gets to experience first-hand how her work improves the lives of the elderly or inspires students. That “real world” experience is something she hopes to impart on younger designers in RSP’s Phoenix office. Mentoring young design professionals is a personal passion. Rebecca believes in work/life balance. That time away from the office to clear your mind can open the door to creativity. When she isn’t at work, Rebecca finds inspiration in making cosmetics, collecting antiques, and spending time in nature.
