When she’s not designing restaurants and retail stores, Natina is busy riding her bike long distances – she’s completed Minnesota’s MS150 10 time. With a knack for competition and getting the job done, Natina is our food & beverage connoisseur and chief Caribou Coffee expert – having designed the original lodge concept in the early 90’s. Her latest Caribou at MSP Airport’s G-Concourse is setting the standards as the busiest in the country! She has designed over 200 restaurants around the nation and is hungry for more. Neapolitan pizzerias. Coffee shops. Sushi bars. Tap rooms. Food courts. Full service restaurants. Plus, a range of others. The key? Collaboration. Working closely with clients and RSP’s experienced food & beverage team to create a singular vision for the space. One that supports the brand, improves the customer experience and ultimately becomes the competitive advantage. From small scale restaurants like Caribou and Punch Pizza to large scale master planning developments like Central Park Commons, her experience traverses the gamut of retail. She hung up her hockey skates a few years back but her competitive nature is strong as ever.
